Ek Udaas Basti Hai
(Ghazal)
Mere Dil ki bagiya me
Ek udaas Basti hai
Ranjo- gum ki mehfil hai
Yaani gum ki pasti hai
Raat ke andhere me
Jab shama ye jalti hai
Yaad uski aane per
Shaam bhi mehkti hai
Door mujhse hoker bhi
Paas mere rehti hai
Gum ki in fizaon me
Saath Saath chalti hai
Mere Dil ki bagiya me
Sirf wo hi Basati hai
Todaker Mera Dil "Asad"
Milne ko tarasti hai.
